your own personal, non-commercial use. You also
agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative
work from the Content except for your own personal,

Limited, or used with permission of the copyright

else authorised by you, is prohibited unless
specifically permitted by these Terms & Conditions

a) Although we use our reasonable best efforts
to ensure the accuracy of the Content on our site,
we make no representations or warranties as to

Content. There may be technical inaccuracies, typographical

5. Returns
a). All canvases are made to order, therefore we can only offer a re-fund in the unlikely event of a manufacturing fault or where the canvas has been damaged in transit, in either case you must notify us within 48hrs of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or refund to be issued.
b) Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

6. Warranties and Liabilities
a) We shall use reasonable endeavours to ensure our products are of satisfactory
quality, comply with the descriptions given and are fit for the purpose for
which the products are reasonably intended. However, the products are provided
on an "as
is" basis and it is your sole responsibility to ensure that products ordered
are suitable for their intended purpose.
b) We shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage
(including loss of profit, loss of business or otherwise), costs, expenses
or other claims
for consequential compensation whatsoever (however caused) which arise out
of or in connection with your use of our Products.
7. Payments
a) All prices on this site are inclusive of VAT and are correct at the time of
entry onto our website. The total cost of your order includes goods, packaging
and delivery.
b) Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the payment section
of this website. By placing an order, you confirm that the credit or debit card
that is being used is yours, or used with the cardholders permission.
c) All credit and debit cardholders will be subject to validation checks and
authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise
payment to us we will not be able to process your order, nor will we be liable
for any delay or non-delivery of product(s) thus arising.
8. Chargeback Fraud
a) A Chargeback is a process whereby a credit card issuer reverses a transaction
at the request of the cardholder.
Where a Chargeback is raised by or on behalf of you in a situation where an
order has been delivered, has not be properly cancelled in accordance with
our returns
policy, is still to be delivered, or is otherwise covered by a clause or term
in these terms and conditions then we shall be entitled to recover the full
order cost from you by civil means. We further shall be entitled to charge
you an administration
fee of £40 payable immediately upon demand. Additionally, we may notify
the police or other legal authorities about the Chargeback filing.
